Constantly risking absurdity (2015)

for voice and live electronics

Based on the Lawrence Ferlinghetti Poem “Constantly Risking Absurdity (#15)” from A Coney Island of the Mind, Constantly risking absurdity is a piece for voice and live electronics.

The vocalist sings and produces other sounds which are manipulated in transformed using Ableton Live, in conjunction with Max/MSP, and are controlled by the vocalist using a Behringer FCB 1010.
